Yup... it really is... the low last night was 7 above. WOW Today's high should be 29 I think and in the 60's by Sunday. Talk about a roller coaster ride of temps. I'll not complain of warmer temps but I will if we keep this super cold weather up. Brrrr Besides what ever the cows don't like neither do I! lol
Yesterday was a nice relaxed day. We got in from chores around noon or so and had super/dinner around 3. Yes we eat at odd times around here. Anyway super/dinner was : Prime rib, mashed taters, Swiss vegetable medley, green bean casserole, home made rolls, and chocolate cake for dessert. OH and Yorkshire pudding! How could I have forgotten that! After that I went and just puttered around and somehow fell asleep. So after an hour long nap I got up late for evening chores.
On tap for today! chores, try not to get to cold, go to the BIG city, get chicken feed, come home, more chores, get warm and try to get some sleep. Sounds like a good plan... I wonder just how I will have to defer plans or what will come up. I hope and pray nothing! Unless it's good! :) OH and IBA guy is coming today and I forgot I need to call De Laval service guy to fix the tank washer. Someone who shall remain nameless, broke the hose off last night. Now if it just wouldn't have attacked my feet it would have been fine! so there !!!
