Mondays always seem to roll around every week. Has anyone else ever noticed it? Another week to start, to fly by, and start all over again. I wonder what will come of this week... new calves? much needed rain? will summer temps return? what will be canned (OK I can tell you that one).
Canning to be done, Peaches, peaches and more peaches. Tomatoes and more tomatoes. Green beans more than likely. We won't be getting apples until later on. There is a recipe I really would love to try... I found it in a new canning book I had gotten. Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving It's a really neat canning book. Hopefully I'll get to try some new things. :)
