Good morning from a very chilly, overcast, and all in all blah part of MO. Not much went on yesterday.

I have come up with a name for Scarlett though. Scarface... Whatcha think? I've thought about calling him Al Capone for short and when I'm mad belittling him with his girly name of Scarlett! :) After all need something to be able to yell when I'm chasing the little feller, moving the little feller, and those time when I'm utterly frustrated at having a bull to deal with again.

He seems to be settling in pretty well. So far no one has been in heat... Except in the milking herd and he's with the dry cows/heifers to start off with. I really should try and AI those 2 cows this morning, but I think I've lost part of my stuff. I can't for the life of me find the thermos or the thermometer OR the little "tweezers" to get the straws out. And let me tell you this... my fingers are NOT hardened to the point that liquid nitrogen frost doesn't burn them.
