Good Morning and HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I just would like to wish everyone a very blessed day. Filled with friends, family, laughter, memories, and most of all lots of good stuff to eat. :)
On the last day of our little being thankful week we will end in my home town and with me. This year I have a lot to be thankful for. So here is my list... care to share yours?
1. That our farm wasn't foreclosed on.
2. That we are going to moving forward with a new basement for our modular home if and when the contractor and lender agree on payment terms. Please pray for us this.
3. I finally learned what works on our calves so they don't get so sick as babies.
4. Even tho our current home is falling in around us... at least it keeps the rain and chill of. We aren't homeless (yes this goes along with #1)
5. We still have our moo's! (goes along with #1 also)
6. I'm VERY thankful that I did NOT hit the man that jumped in front of me while I was in Springfield on Tuesday. I missed him by 6"! It kinda scared me... Looking in the review mirror the man that was with him kept pulling him back on to the street because he was trying to jump in front of other cars as they were going by.
7. Coupons! Silly you may think... but not so!
8. God... that even though I don't understand how things are going to work out... he does...
9. Learning to trust God... this is a work in progress.
10. Friends near and far... new and old...
