It started somewhere around 9 last night and has continued off and on all night and in to the morning hours. More rain this AM and tapering off early this afternoon. Thankfully no severe weather happened in our neck of the woods. We should be expecting sun for the morrow with a few clouds mixed and a gentle breeze. Who knew I could sound so much like the weather forecaster! Maybe I should take up a new profession! Nah...
Bovine world will be a muddy, mucky, messy land this morning. Oh the joys of warm weather and rain. I'm NOT complaining just stating a fact. It's time to think about gardening and digging in dirt. Little growing things and they heavenly smell of a rain in March and April. Daffodils poking their little heads up having taken their winter hibernation long enough. By the way ours are just starting to pop up. Robins and Blue Birds making their way back. Singing their sweet songs. I'm READY!!!
OK I'll get off my spring kick. On tap for today, chores, be-moaning the rain and getting wet while doing chores, sewing, loading our beef and bidding him so long, chores, sleep and starting the day over again tomorrow. Only tomorrow there will be SUN and NO rain. :)
