You know you're tired when...

Scout not happy that Buddy (the new dog that needs a new home) is getting close.

You know you're tired when:

1. You enjoy watching shrimp being brined and broiled at 2 AM.

2. You scare yourself when you look in the mirror. (there's a lot of baggage under those eyes)

3. Hot Dogs are good morning noon and night.

4. You forget what you had to get at the store and wonder aimlessly around until you find it.

5. Once at the check out you forget what store you're in, so you can write the check.

6. "kids" are cute morning, noon, and night... And you don't want them to live in the barn... SEE what lack of sleep will do to a person... CRAZY!!!

7. You fall asleep 2 paragraphs into the book your reading.

8. You're tired out 2 hours after being up and about.

9. You forget to remember to forget about writing a letter to the .... ummm I forgot.

10. all you can blog about it your tiredness... How sad is that.

It's days like this that I am thankful I'm not married with kids (real ones). How would I cope with that along with all this. Good heavens...

I like your blog, but for heaven's sake, please proof-read. Check when "your" should be "you're." I enjoy your descriptions of life on the farm, as my grandparents and uncle had a dairy farm in Roxborough, Pa. My uncle wrote his memoirs about it, starting in the early 20th century, and I've put it on the 'net as a blog. If you're interested, please let me know if I can send you the link.

Thank you for reminding me to indeed proof-read. When you're tired it's the last thing on ones mind. I'll try and do better.

I went to your blog of the memoirs of your Uncle. I always enjoy reading things of this nature and wish there were more like it. When more time allows I'll start at the beginning. It makes me want to do something with the stories that have been passed down with my family. :) Thanks for the inspiration!
