Yesterday was milk barn beautification day. We spent the whole afternoon painting. It looks pretty good even if I do say so myself. We used 4 different colors. Grey, an odd white, creamy yellow and Moss Brown (that's what they called it, it's not very pretty but it will do and won't show the dirt!) LBC's can be awfully messy at times. No new babies yet. Several are starting to bag up. YIPPEE SKIPPEE!!!!! I will be so glad to get the calving done and over with!!! I'm just to thankful that they are bred and even going to calve!

Today we will be mowing the yard. We have a HUGE yard and it takes mom at least 2 days to do it, so I'm helping so it won't take as long. That's the plan anyway. Hopefully it won't be raining. OH we saw the most amazing site yesterday... A wild tom turkey was strutting!!! and calling to this little female who was running up and down the road. Love is in the air... at least for the wild turkeys!

Well if all goes well today I will get in a little sewing, we'll see....
