What a day

Well Ike is making its way here. We have already been having some pre showers from the tropical air he is pushing in. They are saying most of the rain will come during the night and early morning. So I guess we'll see.

Today was a fruitful day. I went to town early to the post office 3 times! I can't read it seems that they didn't open up until 9:00 on Saturdays. OH WELL... I did bring home Sausage and Biscuits from Hardee's for an on the go breakfast for us all, and to Wally World... What would a trip to town be with out going there. :)

I fixed the window in the milk barn later in the day. Tonight I fed the cows so I wouldn't have to do it in the rain tomorrow and fed hay. Cleaned up the old and highly stinky brewers grain and thank the Lord I won't have to be dealing with that much longer! We've decided to try and stay away from feeding it. And finally fed the calves in the dark yet again. Doing that is about one of my most non-favorite thing to do.

Well it's getting late at least for me...

OH BTW you know when your tired when you are reading a book and only manage to last a total page before it falls in your face and wakes you up... Maybe I'll get farther in the book tonight, which by the way is 1776.
