Yesterday was just one those days.
It seemed to never end. First chores, moving big bales around, cleaning up where the grain is kept, then I cleaned off the holding pen, went to town with mom, the at around 3:30 I went back to town and then to Springfield. I finally got home at about 7:30pm. I was just about done in. How is it we rush around to get things done and we never seem to catch up with things that need get done.
Today is a slow day. I can't do much of anything outside since it's going to be raining off and on all day. We really are needing the rain and since we have no idea when they are going to tell us when we can get started on the basement again, I really don't care how much it rains.
Maybe I'll get some sewing done today. I have cut out several polar fleece headbands for this winter and it would be nice if I had them all done BEFORE we need them. :)
