Summer is finely here, along with the heat and humidity at the ready. I'm not complaining though! After the cold and ice of the past winter I'm glad for warmth and am content to get my ice from the freezer rather than the sky. Who knows maybe I'll make some ice cream today. And for some reason I want to make sugar cookies and Lemonade...
It is hard the believe though that my great-grandmother has been gone for 6 years. Where has the time gone, I only wish I knew. Things anymore seem to be going by at such a fast pace.
So far no new calves!!!!! Doing the dance of joy!!! The last two bulls are about to drive me up the wall. Also for those of you out there who name your calves... NEVER name a calm quiet calf Trumpet... They will become like one. Take it from someone who knows!
