Something for the sweet tooth that is partly healthy!

Carmel Apple Dip
1-8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
1-jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. Carmel flavoring
(note: if you don't have or can't find Carmel flavoring, burnt sugar flavoring works well and I'm wondering how cinnamon flavoring would work)

Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved and it's a smooth and silky mixture.
Keeps well in the refrigerator. Serve with apples... What else?! :)
