When planning to either build a home from scratch or you buy a modular and put it on a basement always thoroughly THINK about the doing business name before you precede. Yes it may seem silly BUT it is a good tip and will save you in the long run. Also does the G.C. seem overly sicky sweet and try to butter you up? If so run...Run... RUN... Remember your paying them to handle the stress of the construction, not be the cause of the stress your feeling when that tightening, shooting pain hits your neck when he says don't worry, just don't worry until I worry. I'm already worried that you might BE worried!
