Last post of August

It's hard to believe that it's the last day in August. Where is the year going??? Or where has it gone... I don't know...

Morning chores are going well, both girls are doing well other than the one is bloated still. But if she's up and running around I guess I shouldn't be to concerned. Although I couldn't sleep last night worrying about her. And you may ask WHY didn't you just go and check on her... WELL we don't have electricity in the big barn anymore. A storm this past spring took it out. So if there is no electricity no light. And you may ask why didn't you just get a flashlight... well it's like this... I don't have a clue as to where one is. This is known for losing flashlights. :) Not ME of course. :)

At the moment I'm in fixing Cavatini for dinner. And just making a few changes to the recipe. I should just call it Clean Out the Refrigerator Pasta dish :) Extra pepperoni, extra cheese, Parmesan cheese, black olives and mushrooms.

Well it's time to get back to chores. I hope everyone is having a good weekend!
