Good mid-morning to everyone...
It's been a rough day emotionally for me. I know whats new... right... but well mom had saved this kitten. YES my mother... anyway he quickly moved into my heart. I fed him, gave him antibiotic, loved the little thing... This morning however he is no longer with us. I found him dead in the living room when I came in to get my cell phone, after all I forgot it and the hauler might have gotten lost.
It just about broke my heart. I know it's silly... after all he was just a cat... kitten... cute little ball of fluff. Life will go on and there will be other little animals who will take on my affections I'm sure.
Other than all that, it's a beautiful day here in SWMO. The sun is shining, crickets are chirping (outside thankfully), the moos are milked and off to pasture. And everything else seems alright with the world. My world anyway... the outside world seems off with all the talk of gloom and doom. But don't we all feel better with the knowledge that the world leaders are talking about a plan to fix it all. YES I'm being sarcastic... at times it's what I do best :)
