Yup... as I speak, type... oh whatever... it's doing just that. Freezing rain, sleet... WERE is the snow they for casted for us? I would much rather have snow than this nasty stuff.
On the up side I fed everything early before it got bad. So now everyone is in (except the milking herd as they are being finished up and then they can head into the lean-to for some shelter from the storm.
I'm glad I can take some shelter from this weather. However yet again the main thing is trying to keep warm... at this point it's laughable.
In other news... hmm there really isn't much else going on. My crocheting endeavors are well ... I'm trying and that's all I'm willing to admit at this time. :) I was going to try and bake some cookies today but that didn't happen with the early feeding and all that good stuff. Maybe tomorrow. At least it's a good excuse to keep the oven on in the kitchen to keep it some what warm. The other morning it was 41 in there. Now that was cold!
