This was part of our Independence Day celebrations... I smoked a rack of ribs that turned our simply sublime!!! and it would be summer without homemade ice cream. Butter-Pecan.... OH it was SOOOOO Good and a definite must do again!!!
We have also had 2 new babies, Sparky had her bull calf yesterday and Royal had a heifer today!!!!! I was so thrilled that she had a heifer... at this point a heifer from anyone would be wonderful.
